Jamafac’s has an automated manufacturing process that from wooden log to finished product with around 1.5 hours for the end-to-end process. For export markets, Jamafac sells to Angola, Ghana, Mozambique, and Taiwan. The buying agent for the export markets are Webcor Group (84%), Sandeep International (GH) Ltd (15%) and Shin Guang Match Store (1%). Besides Jamafac, matches manufacturers in the world are predominantly Swedish Match (in Sweden and Brazil), Lion Match (in South Africa), and several factories in India and Pakistan. Jamafac fills in the unique positioning in the global markets i.e.: for consumers who appreciate high quality product with an affordable price.
